The Flyers had 9 swimmers representing the Metro District South team  in the Metro 7-10 Finals meet at MSAC on Sunday 9th November.

For some of our swimmers it was their first time representing our District at this competition and for some of the younger swimmers it would have been their first time at MSAC and they handled the big occasion extremely well.

Many of our swimmers were picked in relay teams leading to very tight competition against the other 3 Districts.

As you can see from the list below Flyers got to know that podium well!

Austin Degg & Timothy Nguyen: 2nd - 8 yrs 200m Freestyle relay
Chiara Romanin & Timothy Nguyen: - 3rd mixed 7-8yrs Individual Medley relay
Well done also to Taleah Pullar, Emmett Lacy and Flynn O'Reilly for their fantastic contribution and for being selected to swim at this big event.

With a bag full of PB times posted from all our swimmers it was a very successful meet for our young Flyers.

To top the day off, our swimmers helped to place Metro District South  in 1st place for the meet.
