Dear Flyers Families,
Urgent update for Today’s events;
Swim Meet: CONTINUING AS PLANNED
The final version of the Program is available on the website.
Entry at 11.45am. Racing at 12.10pm
There will be a BBQ (sausage & bread) and drinks available on the day.
Swimmers will be able to have One free sausage & a drink.
Christmas Party:
VENUE MOVED TO NOW BE AT MORNINGTON POOL (@ Mornington Secondary College, Nepean Highway, Mornington)
The REVISED & SHORTENED program for the Day is as follows;
3.00pm Commencement.
3.30pm JX & YPS Awards and State Team announced.
4.00pm Santa stops by!!
4.30pm onwards Play // Some Pool fun // Desserts available // Picnic time
6.00pm Finish
Please note:
· Earlier Finish
· Only One BBQ available for cooking if required
· No fancy Coffee facilities – But Tea & Coffee should be available.
We will still have Desserts available so Families can choose if they wish to just have afternoon tea/dessert at the pool and eat when you get home or still bring some food if you wish.
