On Day 1 of the New South Wales Open State Championships the Flyers have shined.

Hayden McGuigan has been reclassified as a S9B8! This is wonderful news for him and sets him up for a great year as he continues to set his eyes on Rio 2016!

Ben Schreiner had a great swim in the 200m Fly qualifying for the "B" final in a time of 2:07.46.

Maddy Howe had a great swim in the 50m Fly swimming a personal best of 30.29!

The rest of the morning session was filled with good swims and a number of season best and personal best swims by Corey Snyders, Jamie Burton, Sam Howe and Club captain, Sarah Bresnahan.
