Afternoon

Junior Squad - 4:15-5:45 at The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre

Senior/Performance Squad - 5:15-7:30 at The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre

Saturday training is as I sent yesterday

Senior/Performance/Fitness - 6:00-8:00am

Junior - 8:00-10:00am

Development - 8:00-9:00am

When you go to the front page of our website, there is a new Facilities tab. You can see our Facilities and also use them to navigate to the pools if needed.

I am talking to the people at PARC and Peninsula tomorrow about training next week at the Pines and Peninsula.
