Sebastian Cumins Breaks State Record At State Champs

Sebastian Cumins has just won gold in the 13yr old boys 200 back in a Victorian all comers record (must be broken in Victoria but can be broken by any swimmer) time of 2.11.62. This record was previously held by Eugene Tee who still holds the Victorian record of 2:11.46 which he broke in New South Wales.
