Sessions p/w: 8 sessions (incl. 4 dryland + gym + Pilates + Yoga)

 

State Performance Squad Charter:

  • We interact with teammates in a positive manner and create quality relationships through encouraging and supporting behaviours.

 

  • We have a clear purpose to our training which is reflected in our individual goals and mindset towards improvement and growth.

 

  • In collaboration with our coach, we will create a training environment that:

            - Promotes a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

            - Encourage positive training behaviours centred on turning up and working hard

            - Embraces personal accountability

            - Enjoy the demands, challenges and rewards of our journey in the sport.

This squad is charged per quarter, swimmers are enrolled in all sessions.
